I contacted the seller, sent a photo, they said that it was a marriage and they sent a courier and took the chair and they returned the money to me I was very comfortable on the seat - that's why I took off only one star, I was unlucky and, with very intensive use and heavy weight, it sank due to the gas lift released into the crosspiece, but it was the seat itself, the back support that was very comfortable for me, it was even a pity to return and thought for a long time (but scratching the floor with a gas lift did not suit me) This chair would have a metal cross, so that under heavy weight it can withstand better and in general there is no need for other options. I had the idea to first replace the gas lift and the cross, but for the price it would have come out as the chair itself cost, so I returned it anyway. Although if the seller offered not to return, but to repair the chair - to make a new gas lift and a cross, I would agree.
