This product really does everything great. But the actual task of holding down the diagonal "power button" isn't that simple. As for why they built that button diagonally, it just doesn't make sense and is counterintuitive. The older model had a flat-top power button and was easy to use. Not much, now that you're actually forced to press the button at an angle to the side. Not ergonomic at all. Also, the lid of the supplied container is not designed to be screwed onto the container. Therefore, it constantly crops up when handling the container and its contents. Bad design choice too. But then again. Ultimately, while arguably difficult to use, this blender is a master at whipping just about anything!
