The ability for my rep to have an auto-responder that sends out emails automatically into prospects' accounts is great! I do wish there was more flexibility around what type or frequency we could schedule these messages versus having them sent immediately after sign up but as far as sending daily updates/reminders this really works well!! Nothing so much - just being able to communicate regularly with our reps when they are away from their desk would make things easier if you're dealing with multiple contacts per day which isn't uncommon here at work (we get anywhere between 50+ & 100+).
