Review on Turtle Beach XC1 Gaming Headset - Xbox 360 (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Daniel Hicks

I use for conferencing, not Xbox. I wear all day. This is a fairly comfortable headset to wear. It sits quite loosely on my head and doesn't press my glasses into my face. I read a few reviews that said it was uncomfortable but I wear it about 10 hours a day with no problem. I wouldn't wear it to the office or where other people get together. The ear pads are open so others can overhear the conversation. When someone is in a meeting, they simply look at a headset that can be placed nearby and used as a speakerphone. Open headphones are easy to wear for a very long time. The ear isn't sealed, so heat isn't a problem. Once you've bought this headset, you'll need ample time to set it up for maximum comfort. Get used to the new headset within a short time. *** Update *** After 6 months the headset does not work. You get what you paid for. I think it's actually a broken wire, not one of the interfaces like the switch or the earpiece.
