Before paintball, I recommended to my friends to buy a mask, not a marker. The markers were free to borrow after you paid the entrance fee, so no big deal. You listened, bought this mask and have no regrets. Last time I was there the masked stalking made it almost impossible to see anything. We hid in a building and quickly rubbed the lenses of our rented masks to get blurry vision for maybe a minute. Now this mask with thermal glass does not (yet) fog up at all. I have an advantage when I play with others because they quickly lose their eyesight. I went from 10:00 to 16:00 without even wiping it. In terms of cleaning, I was shot in the face with friendly fire (they were so misty they could see my color bar) and when I got home a simple warm water rinse removed the color with no problem. I followed the lens cleaning instructions and got no scratches. The only thing that worries me, and probably only for me, is how the mask sits on the bridge of the nose, it gets a bit uncomfortable over time. Just me - 4 others in my group who have this mask had no problems.
