Everything is in order; I can watch videos on YouTube without any issues, the sound quality is satisfactory, and all of the necessary drivers have been installed. I purchased a second laptop from a different vendor. The packaging was damaged, there were no seals on the box, and the laptop had a problem loading the operating system. After it started up, the indicator light for the battery charge flashed white. I calibrated and checked the battery, and it appeared to be functioning normally.
