This item was purchased so my kids could play outside in the rain and explore the water. I am an educator and would recommend this product to any parent of my children. Children can sit in a puddle of water and all clothing underneath will remain dry. The size is perfect for wearing a jacket underneath in cold weather. My daughter is about 18 months and I have 2T to allow extra room for snow gear and room to grow. Got a 4T for my 3 year old and it's a bit big but offers room to grow without being too big. LOVE the new style with reflective strips and very durable material for baby briefs so they don't get a lot of wear and tear. Highly Recommended!
