Suitable for public pools but not for private ones.
I used to buy a couple of "Kleenex towels" and found them a delight - mostly nice, thick, soft paper towels in a napkin-style box. Apparently, adding the word "pop-up" to the name allows Kleenex to sell a completely different product without stating why it's cheaper. These are rough and tough. If you're looking for home use, get the ones that have a fancy box with a triangular top. It's a pleasure to use. Save them for public toilets at crappy gas stations.
