Arrived exactly as pictured, no packaging problems. However, this is where the 3 stars come from. My 11 month old can't smack anything hard enough to make a sound or light up. When I try, I have to smack the object pretty hard which is supposed to make noise when a 9-12 month old is using it. It works great as a toy hammer and was cheap so it's a bonus in this economy, but it can't make it light up or make noise because it takes so much pressure to power those things. Also he asked about teething which got 1 star because there is nothing here directly related to teething.
