This product is defective.

I only bought this a few months ago and haven't used it much. Maybe 4 times to connect my home studio to my Mac. This USB port allows you to connect 3 USBs at the same time and I only use 2. Devices disconnect and reconnect which is terrible for a computer. I would send it back if I could, but it's too late.
