This product is defective.

I only bought this a few months ago and haven't used it much. Maybe 4 times to connect my home studio to my Mac. This USB port allows you to connect 3 USBs at the same time and I only use 2. Devices disconnect and reconnect which is terrible for a computer. I would send it back if I could, but it's too late.

VULGAR MALWARE: Computers & Accessories

Cons: I just bought this thing and hooked it up to my MacBook and just kidding, no more than 30 malware ads, vpn ads, political ads and some obscene windows that appear on my screen. It took me almost 5 minutes to close them all. I don't know who could have gotten this item before me, but it's weird that it was a problem at all. Pro: My PC hasn't exploded yet

Great USB-C hub for all USB ports as well as an SD/Micro SD card reader.

This is a great compact USB hub that really plugs in and works. It can read my micro SD and photo/data SD cards. The USB ports glow with a soft blue LED when powered on. I am connecting an external DVD drive to my MacBook Pro (2019) etc. I liked this attractive and compact USB hub, so I ordered a second one for my other laptop.

Works Great!: Computer Accessories & Peripherals

I got this for my Alienware laptop which only has 2 USB ports. I'm not sure why Alienware thinks 2 USB ports is enough for a 17" laptop, but it works great to expand my options. I mainly used this hub to connect an external keyboard and mouse, but was pleasantly surprised when I was able to charge my phone through this hub as well. I've only had it for about a week, but it looks well built and works great!

Great purchase of computer accessories and peripherals

Bought in anticipation of my new 2019 MacBook Pro. The MacBook finally arrived and I was able to use the hub. I was concerned about the really tight fit on the Thunderbolt connector. But when it's tight, there's no chance of a relief. My SD card showed up right away and my trackball works too! The support team answered my question almost immediately. So far very happy with this device.

Got this to help me become a YouTuber lol

So I needed one of these guys April I knew I would use my iPad to edit and share but I would use my galaxy s10+ to record videos and then transfer the files to my ipad. First I tried moving my files to the cloud and then uploading them to my iPad but that was ridiculous for many reasons including the data charges lol so I needed something more direct. I found this hub, then I saw it in rose gold, then I saw I can have a wired keyboard and mouse with my iPad on this thing too! I've been sold! If
