SwingRite received on time in good condition. The seller did a good job, but the SwingRite turned out to be defective. I contacted SwingRite and Charles Whitney sent a new one the same day I called. It arrived two days later and they included instructions and labels to send them the old one to test so they can figure out what went wrong. The workbook seems to help me with the club's release dates. I didn't know I was being inconsistent, but it let me know when I was doing something wrong. Maybe I'm not turning enough, or I'm moving too fast and not completing the backswing. It works for me and I hope to use it for a long time. Still made in the USA with quality material. The only thing that has changed is the price. I think years ago it was $49.
