If you just want to reset your Porsche service display and save yourself a trip to the dealer. It costs $150. If you intend to use it regularly and need the latest software updates, it might not be worth the hassle. Overall the product works as advertised however the product software updates and the program they use to perform updates are buggy and often crash. It took me several tries (using the right steps each time) to get the program to work. On a couple of occasions, the updater got stuck on a brand new Windows 10 computer, causing the computer to report "not responding". I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times and it worked once. Customer service was human but the young man who answered the call was not polite at all. They talked about me several times while I was trying to explain the problems. Very impatient, rude etc.
