ARTICLE: As stray suckers, we've amassed eight cats rescued from raccoons and coyotes over the years; everything is inside. The first seven were angels and in 18 years they had not had a toilet accident. The last one we picked up two months ago changed the dynamics of the house (critical mass?) and we dealt with urine problems almost daily, on the carpet and on the couch. I cried for days and was ready for Prozac. We heard about Fizzion in My Cat From Hell and thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. We were skeptical. We ordered two Fizzion items: 1. Empty 23oz Fizzion Atomizer Bottle with 2 spares2. Fizzion Concentrated Cleaner Refill Tablets 8 PackFirst we 'notice' a few dried urine stains with a sprayer just to check. I sprayed it on, crushed it with my fingers (wearing rubber gloves) on the carpet, watched it magically disappear and waited a few minutes. We hooked up our Bissell Little Green apparatus and aspirated the liquid. Then we sprayed on some more Fizzion, let it sit for a while and soaked. No stains. There is no smell. Then to the sofa. Sprayed the nasty spot, waited, applied a bit and repeated. Again, no stains or odors. We ended up using refill tablets in our carpet shampoo to clean all of our carpets and were amazed by the results! It looked beautiful and the house smelled clean and fresh instead of the bad smell we've been experiencing for weeks. Knowing it's available helps us not feel so hopeless about the state of our home. We have just placed another order for pills and will see if this is a Subscribe and Save item on Revain. INSTRUCTIONS AND PRODUCT TRACKING: Instead of the "empty 23oz Fizzion spray bottle with 2 spares" we ordered, we received a Fizzion 23oz FULL spray bottle (unknown liquid) with only 1 refill (tablet). As the bottle was supposed to be empty and all the comments online say they received an empty bottle we weren't sure if there was water in the bottle, if it was a pre-mixed Fizzion or if it had been mixed by one Pre-buyer, returned and resold. We sniffed it, then used it, and it cleared up just fine. When the bottle was empty, we followed the directions on the bottle, blending 23 ounces. Water with a tablet that comes with the bottle. The resulting mixture was not as pure as the first mixture; he seemed a little weak without completely eliminating the smell of cat pee. I checked the instructions on the Fizzion website and they say "(1) Fill the FiZZiON spray bottle with warm water"; and then (2) "Add 1 or 2 tablets depending on the amount of FiZZiON desired (one 16-ounce tablet)." If so (1 tablet per 16-ounce), then it makes sense that a tablet per 23 ounces. water will be weak.
