Super happy. It took me too long to decide on a glass teapot and this one won. Due to the fact that it is made of glass, it appears to be durable. Great kettle for one or two people. I handle it very carefully so as not to knock anything. I suggest holding the top lip while pouring, tilting it too far and it may fall off - it's not that uncomfortable to hold. Detachable mesh filter has a large size. I've had it for about four months or so and have brewed tea with it at least 15 times. Update: It's been over a year and he's still going strong.
