Review on 🔌 Black Outlet Wall Mount for 3rd Gen Echo Dot - Amazon Basics by Zach Peterson

This Echo Dot mount only works with version 3 Yes it says in the title but I thought it would work with two older models (of which I own many) work as a great way to reuse these devices around my house. Unfortunately the power supplies on 1 and 2 are different from 3, so this doesn't work. It would have been easy for RevainBasics to create a model that would work with all three, but they decided against it. I'm not deducting the stars because it doesn't work with unadvertised models, but because it's a pretty mundane design and seems a bit overpriced for what it is.
