Love that it's deep
I like that it's deep so you can fill it to the point where your whole foot is submerged without splashing water over the edge. It keeps the water hot. Too hot as one customer wrote, but you can just turn off the heater when it reaches your desired temperature. The massage function works well. My feet have never felt so good after using other cheaper foot spas. My main complaint and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is that the expiry function is very, very, very slow. Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like the inner screen over the drain hole is restricting drainage.
