Approx two points. 1) THIS IS REAL SIZE! 2) Anyone who says they go down a size either doesn't know their true actual size or is denying their true size. I increased my true height from medium to large. They sent me the wrong size which was very large but I'm keeping them to see if they shrink a bit. but I have a large size in other colors I ordered and they fit well. But I had to buy my correct size medium for the look I wanted. The material of the shirt is soft to the touch and they stretch so I liked it. The color is a bit fun if you have a larger size. So just buy your actual size and it will fit perfectly unless you are fat.
