Let's start at the top gold plated plastic ball. The pulley housing is Grey plastic with a pin for the plastic pulley wheel held in place by one gold set screw. Manufacturers recommend disassemble in high winds. Would be surprised if it made the warranty period between wind and uv assaulted elements degradation of the plastic. I know that this is a harsh review but it is absolutely the truth. Beware or have low expectations from other reviews I expected better quality.
