You get what you pay for and it's not that bad for the money. I've seen much better quality belts and not sure I trust them completely, but for light use they're fine. I have a few frayed ends and a few threads sticking out. The buckles feel secure and hold up well. Here's a trick I learned from a truck driver. If you have a large span, twist a strap or two and it won't flap in the wind, make noise, or rub against your materials.
