Great tool if looking into potential employees and colleagues
The ease with which you can get all your data together is amazing! I love that it pulls from so many different sources (LinkedIn/Glassdoor etc) for background checks as well - this makes finding reliable information about candidates easier than ever before!! It's not perfect but they are constantly improving things over time too.- Ability to find more accurate info regarding past employment history & job performance reviews across multiple platforms has been huge benefit both personally AND professionally! Also really helpful when trying to fill roles quickly during busy times or new projects / initiatives come up very quickly within our business model!!
Pros
- Easy access, easy layout
- Has great built in tools suchas "People Search" search tool; ability pull full profiles directly into system via API integration options,
- Extremely powerful back end database searching features allowing one simple click searches through vast arrays
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
