The product configuration is not bad. The advantage of a very small control box is also a disadvantage when the tension and bulk of the cables exceed the weight of the box. This factor still works and is certainly not the cause of my low score. Problems with the device begin to develop almost immediately. In testing, I found rapid switching back and forth, causing some connections to switch but others not. One monitor goes and the keyboard works, but the audio (via USB) and the second monitor will still be on the first computer. After about 16 hours of just plugging it in, not even using it, or switching connections, one of the connections to the monitor started dropping for a second every few minutes. If you shake the box slightly, the connection disappears completely. I would not recommend buying this product. I may have received a bad block and maybe others have had a lot of experience with this, but I saw another complaint where someone replaced the block 3 times. I can't afford that much time or the game of going back and forth with a supplier.
