I was skeptical about LED lights because about 5 years ago when I bought a similar model from another company they stopped working after a week. I decided to give it another try after seeing that it has become a trend and the quality seems to have improved. It would make sense right? Obviously not. Took them out of the box and plugged them into an outlet individually and they work great. Fix them to the wall and connect both ends. Now it doesn't light up red, the remote control doesn't work, all this is extremely disappointing. I am convinced that these reviews that are at the top are fake because it was hit or miss. I will not change this rating until I receive a refund or until they send me a pair of lights that actually work as advertised.
