Excellent product, reasonably priced and high-quality support staff

We have been using this software for almost two years now at our organization - we are currently migrating from version 1 (which was very outdated) into Version 2 which has made it even better than before! It's not perfect by any means but works well enough considering its price tag compared to other similar products out there. I would say do your research as some features may be missing depending upon what you need/want or if they will work best within certain industries etc.. Migrating data between different systems can sometimes take time so make sure everything syncs up correctly prior to going live.

Pros

The ease with how easily one could migrate existing customers over, especially in mass quantities without having too much trouble; also makes changing account information super easy through their interface once imported properly..the system is relatively simple yet powerful all around when used effectively :) Also nice that support reps were always available whenever needed via chatbox feature provided during login sessions..all good stuff really :D !
