Works well and GREAT customer support

I have a converter for an old Wii so I can connect it to a modern HDMI TV. It was easy to connect, but I had the issue of the screen going black from time to time. The screen also twitched a bit, but mostly worked. I contacted the company to see if this issue can be resolved. They were very responsive and went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. They provided some detailed insights that prompted me to solve the problem. Now the box works great.
