I’ve been buying Luminara candles for years, and although they are pricey, they are by far the best faux candles I've tried. Luminara has mastered the effect of mimicking a candle. The photos don’t do it justice. This candlestick is beautiful, and a grouping of them is lovely on a dining room table or mantle. The ivory color is true to the photos online, and the melted top makes it look very real.This candle takes two AA batteries and they last a long time. On the bottom of the candle is a button you can press to turn it on, and a second press turns on a timer feature. The timer works great and turns the candle on at the same time every day, and turns off after 5 hours. This candle works with the Luminara remote you can buy separately. One remote will control all your Luminara candles.
