UPDATE: I received a rescue parachute. As you can see from the image uploaded, the stitching has definitely been updated. I tugged hard on it a few times and it didn't break. Overall I am very satisfied with the replacement item and customer service I have experienced. UPDATE: This seller contacted me and will send me a replacement. I changed it to 3 stars because it's great customer service. I really hope that after our conversation, my problems were production-related and will be solved. It's rare to find such customer service and after-sales support. First of all I would like to say that I do not recommend this product. What I got from them looked different than the picture. The handles did not overlap as here, but had a mesh in the middle. The kids had fun playing with it but the excitement only lasted about 4 minutes as the handles started to loosen. Two were completely out of order and others started up when inspected. I am really disappointed with this product and cannot recommend it. The children who played with him were girls between the ages of 8 and 12. with a storage bag for storage.
