The bags are strange. When you zip a bag, you can usually FEEL the zips snapping into place. With these bags you will not feel the zipper closing. You don't get that kind of tactile (or even visual) feedback. So you have to pull the top every time to check the seal. In about half the cases, the packaging is sealed; the other half of the time it isn't. But the feeling is exactly the same as closing a zipper. This might sound like a minor issue, but it's surprisingly annoying. In addition, these bags do not seal easily and typically require multiple attempts to open. I've never had this problem and I'm wondering if the whole box is defective.
