This is by far the most comfortable dog carrier we have. A few wishes: The inner leash is short, it is difficult for the dog to move. Her shoulder height is 12 inches. Since she is well behaved, I don't usually use this leash. When it arrived there was a smell of toxic vinyl, probably from the straps, bottom and side vents. I left it outside for a few days to release the chemicals. The pockets are useful but the laptop sleeve is too short for my Thinkpad X1 Carbon and I wish there was a better outer pocket for my phone. The small outer pocket is very narrow and does not fit in large hands. I use this key pouch and can get it with two fingers. (I wear medium-sized women's gloves.) This bag could be bigger and much more practical. Ribbons could lose the look. The tablet pocket feels good, but I never put my tablet in it. The straps to fold over the upper back are made of vinyl. They are too flexible for heavy fittings and keep falling out of the bracket latches. change required. The side slits feel thick. I never close the lid when my pup is in because it's too stuffy and smells like plastic. Despite room for improvement, this is still my most comfortable pin pouch. She likes it, especially since she is old and doesn't have the strength to go far. It can also be attached with a seat belt. We had a hard stop once and she got through safely. Once we were on the bus I turned my laptop bag over and my dog was able to lie down and sleep. Because of this bag, I often take my dog with me.
