This was my first attempt at embroidery and I am very happy with this kit. However, the included instructions aren't great and don't even include all the stitches you need to make. Even the instructions themselves say to search YouTube. Luckily, there are tons of videos on YouTube that will show you everything you need to know, from setting up the hoop, to dividing the threads, to each stitch and hanging. Without external guidance, this would be impossible for a beginner.
