This thing has six settings on both shower heads, but I can only use two of them comfortably (the last two settings), the other settings are either too strong or not strong enough. The hand shower head is great for cleaning your shower or washing your hair; The hose itself is thin and flexible, unlike other rigid ones. If you are looking for a shower head that offers value for money, go for this one.
