I like that it has all of my invoices in one place, which makes them easy to access when needed! It also helps me keep track of payments received as well as those yet to come due by sending reminders out via email or text message. The interface isn't very intuitive so can be difficult at times figuring things such as where your transactions are stored if you have multiple accounts set up with different companies/customers. Also sometimes there's an issue with being able to use this service through certain apps (such as Slack). We've been using paymo for g suite since we started our business about 3 years ago now, but used other services before then. This was definitely easier than having separate spreadsheets just for tracking everything.
