The interface is intuitive for the end-users/ learners.The best element of QR is their support staff that are always there for you. They keep in contact with users regularly and help solve any issue within few minutes. QR lacks a good marketing or promotional activities which makes their product more visible when compared to its competitors. We have used it in a corporate environment as a group activity management system. Students can join activities easily from remote places on their own schedules as they want to. The ease of use is great! I can easily create surveys, set up my classroom and students quickly respond without any problems! Sometimes it takes longer for students to answer a question than expected. It's not always easy to see who actually answered the survey. This program is very helpful in creating quizzes and tests. We use this at our school to help students understand concepts and get feedback from their peers.
