This is a really cool organizer. I was concerned about some reviews that would be difficult to put together. I found it surprisingly easy to assemble and actually very cleverly designed. It comes with a small sanding strip but I didn't need it. It took me about 20 minutes to get both of them up and running. It all fits together with no glue except maybe the caps on the HP and XP pens. The instructions are mostly visual and could be a bit clearer, but to be honest there are only four types of details apart from the main part. Recommend it to other GH players.
