Received the day after ordering and got what I expected. Looks exactly like the original that came with my 2015 F150 without the Ford logo on the back. There are no instructions so be careful how you take apart the original and as it didn't come with a small plastic disc separating the two batteries I used my original. Putting it together wasn't easy, but once it was aligned and slid into place, everything worked as it should. As both of my originals are broken in the key holder I will be ordering a second one to replace the backup.
