I've had this charging station for almost two years now and I haven't had any problems with the battery life. In fact, I played Mass Effect 2 for over 10 hours on a full charge. Another thing to consider when using these charging stations is overheating and battery failure. I have never had such problems and I feel very comfortable with this device in my home.
