Review on 🛠️ BOSCH RA1128: Enhance Your Router's Precision with the 8-Piece Template Guide Set by Dhoal Black

These 8 part template instructions from Bosch arrived today. Has 6 guide bushes. The problem is that all of these guide bushings are longer than advertised. I measured them very carefully. Here is a list of the part numbers and barrel length listed (out of the box) and then my measurements: RA1109 7/16", but actually 21/32" -> 7/32" longer than RA1115 3/ 16" but actually 13/32 -> 5/16" longer than RA1103 9/64" but actually 23/64 -> 7/32" longer than RA1105 9/64" but actually 23/64 -> 7/32" longer than RA1113 1/2" but actually 47/64 -> 15/64" longer than RA1121 7/16" but actually 21/32 -> 7/32" longer The advertised guide bushing ODs were correct I have to return this kit because I relied on the measurements advertised I need to use thin guide bushings and excessive bushing lengths are not acceptable I could trim the barrels but it is a lot of work and I do refuse Accept a product whose dimensions are wrong on the label Shame on Bosch Someone in this organization failed quality control.
