Review on 🚫 Non-Marring Hose by Campbell Hausfeld PA117701AV by Gabriel Rosenberg

Zero stars. Bought this air hose from Revain along with a Bostitch pancake compressor and some hose fittings. The compressor is great, much lighter than my old porter cord and provides enough air for my paint gun and nail gun. The equipment was ok; nothing special, but usable. The Campbell-Hausfeld hose was a piece of junk. After installing the appropriate end fittings, I hooked it up to an air compressor and nail gun and began pressurizing the hose. A very loud hiss made it clear that something was wrong. I traced the sound to a section of hose where air was seeping insanely. Turn everything off, remove hose and inspect hose section. I found a puncture defect in the hose which can be seen in the attached closeup photo (taken through a 7x microscope lens (using some sort of snoop leak detector to confirm the hole was the source of the leak). Unfortunately I did I overlooked the window to return the defective item so it went in the trash, I made the mistake of buying it for a simple job as it was amazingly cheap - less than $9 you really get what You pay Ran to the local Grainger store and bought a better hose That works fine FYI the CH hose is soft and flimsy and seems to have poor quality control Don't waste your money on this item.
