I've built many desks and one of the trickiest parts was cutting the handle into the front of the drawer, which looked nice but was also consistent and quick to build. Until that router bit came along, it just wasn't possible. The 1-3/4" cutting diameter gives my fingers perfect leverage while still leaving plenty of headroom. The photo is on a 3/4" thick fake drawer front and in the future I will probably only use 1" thick stock to allow for the Leading edge is meatier and I have more wood to round for comfort and less risk of breakage.
