too heavy and the bolt fell out

I tightened the bolts as tight as the tiny hex wrench would allow and one of the bolts came loose within a week or so. also it seems a bit heavy. the spring is still strong enough to support it, but it doesn't seem like much. I imagine him jumping up and down as I walk. I bought another one that is half the weight.
