I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price of this printer, especially considering its copy and scan capabilities. Actually, the alarm bells should have been ringing. I installed the printer correctly, but it didn't work. I called tech support and found that the warranty was void because I bought it from amazon.com. So I spent another $65. An hour and a half later, the technician turned on the printer. A week later he was unemployed again. Also, I had an additional complaint; The printer did not accurately print the photos I took. Colors were off, faces were washed out despite being perfect on screen. After the required hour and a half, the technician turned on the printer and started it up. To solve the photo problem, he said I need more memory. So I spent another 50€ for it. I haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure it will lead to yet another technology that will cost more money than I can afford. Do yourself a favor and buy a better and more expensive printer. With the money I have spent since purchase I could have bought a more reliable and better product. And don't waste so much time and energy on the phone.
