I like how it can connect with other systems which have been developed in house, such as our CRM or ERP software where we are able to view all aspects of each project from one place instead having several different platforms open at once! This also allows us more time so that when something does come up during construction (which happens often)it's not lost because there was no proper record keeping before hand.
The only thing i dislike about this product/service would be if they could make their customer service department better overall but everything else seems great otherwise!! We don't use any external 3rd party services currently since most things get done internally using these tools however now being connected between multiple internal departments makes sense though some processes still need work here & there just getting used too haha.
