Followed instructions for 1/4" anchor hole. Seemed large but I trusted the instructions. Insert the anchors and try to attach the shelf with screws and (I thought) the screws had the wrong size for the anchors because they won't grip the anchors.I got a replacement, removed the starter shelf and screws and found the anchors broke through the drywall because the starter hole was too big.I committed to 4 new ones of making holes in my bathroom but started with 1 and made 3/16 this time which was too little I got a 1/4 anchor and screws and voila everything is done, fastened and working.
