Review on Bates Men's Industrial Black Medium Athletic Shoes for Men by Todd Hauff

I had higher expectations for this shoe compared to the price. My husband wears a size 10.5. Instead he sometimes wears a size 10 but never a size 11. I ordered a size 10.5 and these shoes are so tight he can't put them on. I know other reviewers have said these shoes are true to size, but in my experience you should order 1/2 size up. The shoes are generally well constructed and my husband has said that if they fit him he will find them very comfortable. . They also look very nice and are versatile. They can be worn as work shoes, tennis shoes or even instead of dress shoes with a pair of khakis and a collared shirt. Although I think the shoes are well made I was disappointed to see that glue was used. on them. At this price I expect every shoe I buy to have 100% stitching and no glue at all.
