The only downfall so far that I can see of this handbag is the opening . it is a little tight to be able to easily see or get things out.It has beautiful detail stitching and feels very substantial. It was a little rigid when it arrived so my husband suggested stuffing it with some hand towels, putting it in a couple of pillow cases that were tied shut and throw it in the dryer for a while on air fluff (I did it for about 2 hours). Wow! What a difference. It has much more flexibility/softness to it. I would have never thought of that but it worked perfectly. Time will soften it more and make it more "lived in". I can't stand anything more than a brand-new handbag that has to be broken in just like shoes so this did the trick for me.Inside of the bag is very roomy with plenty of areas to "tuck" things away with enough room for your bigger items.Overall I am very happy and hope it lasts quite a long time. 4 Stars . only because the opening could be opened up a little.
