For the installation you need to know the following: - Know how to route the cables along the headliner and side panels to the rear of the vehicle - Know how to remove the rear seat for a good clean installation - Know how to use the included cable splicing accessories - DO YOU KNOW HOW TO REMOVE YOUR FACTORY MIRROR WITHOUT BREAKING IT (It's not hard. YouTube will be your best friend here) That's it. It's fairly simple and there are many mirror adapters available to make it fit your car so it looks as good as factory or even better. Also, I was impressed that the manufacturer stated that there are no adapters unless they are included and to contact them if one isn't there. Overall, it met and exceeded my expectations. It's easy to set up and use. The picture is clear. I have no complaints at all.
