These fans are your main 0.25A DC fans, ie 4W per fan. These fans are not designed for general use in a PC case, they are over the top for that, for a PC case you are looking at something like 0.05 amps and much less noise. They're more suited to small home servers or unique builds that need lots of airflow without too much noise. If you don't care about noise or performance and need a lot more air, you should get a fan with even more amperage. I don't want it to sound like a vacuum cleaner is running.
