The Performance Management System is a web based application that provides a comprehensive view of your organization’s people, processes, and technology.
We found the system very easy to use and find relevant information, thanks to the reporting options. It was easy to find information about how employees perform in various categories, such as knowledge and skill. We appreciated the overview of performance that provided us with insights into the company’s strengths and weaknesses. This made it easy to adapt our employee training programmes and identify ways to improve employee performance. I am using this tool since 2009.The main reason why i like this tool so much is because they provide many features which help you manage your workforce better.

- You need to pay per month to be able to use this service
- It's a bit heavy on the tool to get set up with the different data sets
