As we are unable to do many of our normal summer activities due to Covid my family has been walking, running and cycling a lot more. I was tired of carrying a water bottle with me, so I took this one. It's amazing - it fits me (I'm 5ft 7in, I'm skinny), comfortable and I love that the hydration nozzle has a magnet so you can attach it directly to your chest strap. Capacity for me and my two children for a long bike ride or a walk. It's also fairly easy to fill, although you'll have to undo a couple of buckles to get the bladder out. I also like all the pockets: two open pockets that fit my phone, pouches for dog food, some snacks, etc. And a zipped pocket that fits keys, wallet, bottle of hand sanitizer, hygienic lipstick, etc. Perfect backpack for urban adventures.
