The ability to set up different account types for each client is very useful in this day of cookie cutter solutions! It also helps that they have an amazing team who are always working hard towards solving any problems or questions you may be having with your program implementation/design (even if it's not them!). They're constantly updating so there haven't been many issues we've had since starting at least 5 years ago now when I joined here!! We still use incentives smart today because its one place where all systems can communicate together - even outside of AMS platform too which works well within incentivesmart itself but was previously difficult between platforms without using third party software like Hubspot etc..
